In Dimension X levels, tap as furiously as you can on the bubble containing the doctor. It'll get you through tight spots quickly.
You don't have to get every muffin on a level to progress, so get the easy ones and come back for the others later.
Remember that you pick up muffins by Dr Meow or a piece of scenery touching them.
