Be it the gathering of raw materials or the fashioning of supplies, one and all are welcome to help lay the cornerstone of a new Ishgard.

Requirements

  • Level 60
  • Ishgard ─ Foundation (X:9.7 Y:11.5)
  • Recruitment Notice
  • Players must first complete the quest “Litany of Peace.”

Overview

  • The reconstruction of the Firmament demands a large amount of materials specific to the project. Disciples of the Land are tasked with gathering these materials, which are used by Disciples of the Hand to craft the necessary supplies.
  • Upon unlocking Ishgardian Restoration, Disciples of the Hand or the Land of level 20 or above may speak with Potkin in the Firmament (X:12.2 Y14.6) to have project-specific crafting recipes and gathering points added to their logs.

    * Crafting recipes can only be viewed by Disciples of the Hand who have reached level 20.
  • Materials used in the restoration are special items that are always gathered or crafted as collectables.
  • Materials can be delivered to Potkin in the Firmament (X:12.2 Y:14.6) in exchange for skybuilders’ scrips and experience points. Every item contributed adds to the stockpile.

    * Your current skybuilders’ scrip total can be viewed from the Currency window.
  • When sufficient supplies have been stockpiled, a collaborative task known as concerted works will be scheduled. The details of upcoming works can be found on the skybuilders’ board.
  • *The restoration effort is carried out independently on each World, and as such the stockpile is also managed separately. Contributions made while visiting another World will count towards that World’s stockpile.

Concerted Works

  • Concerted works are collaborative tasks that see Disciples of the Hand and Land join forces to rebuild a certain part of the Firmament.
  • Concerted works begin automatically when the appointed hour arrives.
  • Depending on the objective of the works, participants will be required to perform various tasks, such as transporting and processing materials and erecting structures.
  • When the progress bar is filled, the works will be completed, and skybuilders’ scrips and experience points will be awarded based on contribution.
  • Successfully completed works will usher in a small change to the Firmament. And as the restoration effort progresses, the opportunity will arise to participate in large-scale works that will bring about dramatic changes.

Skybuilders’ Board

  • On the skybuilders’ board, situated in the Firmament (X11.4 Y:14.1), you will find information such as reconstruction status and the details of upcoming concerted works. The board will receive updates as the project progresses, so be sure to check it regularly.

Rewards

  • Skybuilders’ scrips you earn can be taken to Enie in the Firmament (X:12.0 Y:14.0), who will offer you a selection of wares in exchange.

System

Final Fantasy 14 5.11 update

New achievements and titles have been added.

Resolved Issues

  • An issue in certain instanced duties wherein defeating enemies causes the music that plays when entering the duty to play again.
  • An issue in the Copied Factory wherein the Dying Dragon NPC from the dark knight quests appears under certain conditions.
  • An issue wherein auto-attacks fail to execute after performing the tank role action Reprisal or the monk PvE action Rockbreaker.
  • An issue wherein the effects of the bard PvE actions Mage’s Ballad, Army’s Paeon, and The Wanderer’s Minuet are not applied to the pets of party members.
  • An issue wherein the graphical effect for recipients of the white mage PvE action Plenary Indulgence is not displayed correctly.
  • An issue wherein players may be disconnected from the server while interacting with mannequins under certain circumstances.
  • An issue wherein the conditions for selling the first-stage replicas of Eureka weapons from Hydatos, such as Replica Antea was incorrect.

    * The vendors were designed to offer these replica items once the Eureka weapons have received the maximum number of upgrades from Eureka Hydatos. However, the replicas became available for purchase by completing the upgrade process from Eureka Pyros.

    * In accordance with this fix, the corresponding items can now be sold to the vendor for the same price that they were purchased for. In the interest of fairness, we ask that players who had previously purchased any of these replicas without first fulfilling the condition described above to sell the items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • An issue wherein, under certain circumstances, the experience awarded for Temple leves was incorrect.
  • An issue wherein certain alchemist levequests gave an incorrect number of experience points or requested an incorrect number of items.
  • An issue wherein a section of the Nabaath Severance in Amh Araeng was displayed incorrectly.
  • An issue wherein the game launcher for the Windows version did not display download progress correctly during maintenance.
  • Other various issues have also been addressed.

Known Issues

  • An issue in The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate) wherein the HP gauges in the enemy list are not displayed correctly.
  • An issue in The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate) wherein, under certain conditions, the white mage’s Healing Gauge would retain its charge after a reset.
  • An issue in the Firmament wherein an NPC appears to be floating.
