Destiny 2 The Back Way to Banshee’s workshop | Make Bows, Not War

The Destiny 2 weekly reset for October 22 introduced the Leviathan’s Breath exotic heavy bow into the game. But before getting their hands on the bow, Destiny 2 players will have to complete a lengthy quest. After visiting Banshee-44, the Tower gunsmith, to receive the quest, players will be told to find the hidden entrance to Banshee’s workshop. This guide for The Back Way quest step will show you a step-by-step guide to finding the Destiny 2 Banshee’s workshop location.

Once you’ve received The Back Way from Banshee, head to the eastern wing of the Tower. Across the room from Amanda Holliday, the Shipwright, you’ll see a set of stairs that lead up to a raised walkway. Follow the walkway until you come to this person standing across from the stairs. Drop down to the ledge where the person is welding.

Once you’ve jumped over the railing onto the ledge with the welding person, turn right, pass the welder, and jump past the corner onto the ledge in front of you (above the blue “f” flags seen in the previous picture). Follow the walkway until you come to this bluish ventilation tunnel. Continue through this tunnel and the rooms beyond it until you come to the room with the bright-pink Daito sign. Enter the door to the left of where you dropped down into this room.

Drop through this vent in the floor, then jump up through the other vent in the space you fall into. Once you’ve jumped up, follow the path until you come to a room with a yellow railing in front of some racks adorned with a blue tarp with a white symbol on it.

If you look above the racks with the blue tarp, you’ll see an open vent in the ceiling. Walk around to the back of the rack, jump on the box there, jump on top of the rack, and jump up through the vent. You’ll find yourself in a corridor lined with pipes, lit by a white light.

If you continue down this corridor, you’ll see two orange-lit, circular concrete holes on the left. Walk down the corridor until you reach the second of these holes. Pass through it, and you’ll enter a cylindrical area with some platforms jutting out. Hop onto one of the side platforms, then onto the long platform in the center, and then up to the platform at the top. Here’ you’ll see another vent in the floor. Drop through it, and you’ll finally be in Banshee’s workshop, where the Leviathan’s Breath bow is resting in a display case on the wall.

Unfortunately, interacting with it won’t get you the weapon. In fact, there’s still quite a bit of questing ahead of you. Return to Banshee-44 (the easiest way to do this is just to teleport back to the Tower spawn point on your map), and he’ll give you the next quest step.
