When is the Pokemon Go Battle League Release Date?
As of right now, there’s only a tentative release date penciled in for Pokemon Go Battle League. Niantic has stated that this mode will come to its mobile phone hit in early 2020. That’s still some time away, but it’ll allow the developer to get the right amount of servers up and running, and also test and refine the experience vigorously for launch day.
If we had to guess at a possible date, we reckon that the Battle League could arrive around February 27. This is the date that Pokemon Red and Green debuted in Japan in 1996. That would be a nice tie-in 24th-anniversary gift for fans of the franchise and Pokemon Go in general.
Once we have official confirmation of its launch date, we’ll be sure to update this page.
