When Can I Start The Outer Worlds Preload?

Unfortunately, you will need to wait until October 23, 2019, before you can preload The Outer Worlds on your PS4. This should give you at least a day to download and install the game before it releases, however, which should be enough time. There is also an 18 GB day one update for the PS4 version of the game, too.
