One of the issues that was impacting players happened when they used multiple First Party accounts connected to the same EA account. Occasionally, this would return various errors when trying to play a game mode such as FIFA Ultimate Team or Volta Football.

The other fix is aimed at players who were experiencing issues when they were trying to boot the game. This stability issue could also rear its ugly face when players were about to start a match. EA Sports didn’t go into further detail with this second fix, so it’s safe to assume that the error was happening in all game modes.

This hotfix won’t be the last, as the FIFA 20 developers promise that more information and updates will be released throughout the course of the FIFA 20 season as they become available.
