Fire Emblem: Awakening Class Guide

Fire Emblem Awakening has over 40 classes, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, all but a select few of the classes can upgrade to an advanced class once level 10 is reached. In order to maximize a character’s potential it’s recommended to hit level cap for the basic class before promoting allowing the character to produce the highest stats possible.

Since Fire Emblem follows a rock, paper, scissors style of combat with weapons having strengths and weaknesses, it’s best to employ your entire team throughout the game’s lengthy campaign to make sure you’re able to counter some of the game’s harsher challenges.

See below for a full list of classes including basic and advanced.
