Quick money
After you beat the game go to the crane deck and collect all of the money then go to the last chapter and at the beginning of the level Go back and break all the things.go to Flynn s ship and your skylanders will keep the money.

Go up to the tower in Flynn's ship and go to the place with the bear's shop and break the elemental gates then go up to the wooden doors and get the coins there should be about500-2000 then go to the end opposite of the ramp down you should be on the crow's nest there is a winged sapphire on it then if you have dragon engine put it on then go down and go to the edge of the boat jump onto the wing there should be a door go in it and talk to the dude you should see hats buy them .
End Game Money Exploit
After defeating Kaos in the final level of the game the Crane Deck becomes filled with gold (between ~6000-8000). If you pick this gold up then hit the Home button and return to the Wii Menu without saving the Skylander will keep the gold but the game will return the gold to the Crane Deck since you didn't save. You can repeat this over and over to quickly unlock all the moves for all the Skylanders and purchase any hats/charms that are expensive. Note: Remember to pick up the Winged Sapphire from the Crane Deck after Level 15. Picking this up saves the game. If you touch it after picking up the gold then the gold will not re-appear.
Secret
Night Helm Hat
First beat the game on easy, medium, or hard. Then make 1 profile Night Mare Mode. Then beat Night Mare Mode to get the Night Helm Hat.
