To push off you need to shut your umbrellas and fire up the lemonade. Use the cola to leap over the ump, and then open the umbrellas to make a safe landing on the ramp. Use the same vehicle minus the lemonade, to get the “no lemonade bottle” goal. Just let gravity get you started.
