Corvo can unlock seven additional upgrades by providing Piero with blueprints found throughout Dunwall. All of them are incredibly useful whether it's additional Boot Stealth, Explosive Bullets, or Improved Armor. Better yet, Corvo has two chances to pick these blueprints up, but that's it. If you miss it the second time, that upgrade is gone forever. If you need additional help, you can use Dark Vision Level 2; blueprints are highlighed green.

Blueprint Name                                Location Description
Bonded Galvani Weave (Improved Armor Upgrade) Option 1: (Chapter 4) Found in the Overseer's Workshop in a locked chest. The key rests on the table.

Option 2: (Chapter 9) This can be found in Daud's office. Corvo must take Daud's key first to chest holding this blueprint.
Lens Magnification (Mask Optics 2) Option 1: (Chapter 4) If you save Griff from his attackers in Chapter 4, his pawnshop will have this blueprint for sale.

Option 2: (Chapter 5) This is still in Griff's pawnshop, so make sure you have enough coin this time around to purchase it or it will be gone forever.
Sokolov's Formula (Sokolov's Health Elixir Available) Option 1: (Chapter 4) If you save Griff from his attackers in Chapter 4, his pawnshop will have this blueprint for sale.

Option 2: (Chapter 6) It's obvious that Sokolov will know how to make this formula. This blueprint rests in his greenhouse at the top of his laboratory.
Folded Galvani Resin (Boot Stealth 1 --> 2) Option 1: (Chapter 6) This blueprint can be found in the first warehouse in the area. To disguish it, there should be wagon inside.

Option 2: (Chapter 9) This can also be found in a chest in Daud's office, as long as Corvo has his key.
Small-Scale Combustion Refinement (Explosive Bullets) Option 1: (Chapter 8) In Dunwall Tower, this blueprint hides in the General's office on the second floor.

Option 2: (Chapter 9) Once Corvo enters the Central Rudshore Rail Line Station, there is a wrecked railcar nearby. The blueprint is inside the railcar.
Incandescent Paste (Incendiary Bolts) Option 1: (Chapter 5) Return to the Distillery. This blueprint is near Slackjack's office.

Option 2: (Chapter 9) Near the exit of the Gateward Tunnel area is a basement that hides this blueprint.
Spiked Grenade Housing (Sticky Grenade, duh) Option 1: (Chapter 7) Close to the Boyle Mansion's entry point is a guards gate. Inside and on the desk is this blueprint.

Option 2: (Chapter 9) Inside the Thug's basement, there will be partially destroyed passage with a blueprint within.
