PS Plus August 2019 lineup announced

On the final day of July, PlayStation has announced its PS Plus August 2019 lineup. With two new games set to come to the service for free over the course of August, all PlayStation Plus members will be able to add these games to their library for free. The two games coming to PS Plus in August 2019 are WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4If you’re a fan of sniping games or high speed racing, then the August 2019 lineup is probably a good one for you. Let’s take a close look at each of these games.

PS Plus August 2019

WipEout Omega Collection is a set of two games and an expansion that will bring the fun of anti-gravity racing to PS Plus members. With over 26 different race tracks, players will have to try to beat other racers (or the clock) as they race to the finish line. Whether you’re playing by yourself, online, or on the couch with a friend, this game will have your heart racing. The WipEout Omega Collection will be available from August 6 through September 2.

The second title coming the the PS Plus August 2019 lineup is Sniper Elite 4Developed by Rebellion Developments, this third person shooter will force players to use elements of stealth as they try to take out various targets. Set in 1943 in Italy during the height of World War II, players must do their part to help free Italy from the grips of Fascism. Grab you rifle and get ready for war, because Sniper Elite 4 will be available from August 6 through September 2.

While you’re waiting for these games to release, you can still pick up the July PlayStation Plus gamesDetroit Become Human and Horizon Chase Turbo headed up the July lineup and will be available until August 5. If you don’t have an active PS Plus membership, you can pick one up on Amazon starting at $9.99.

Star Citizen is an upcoming space trading and combat simulator video game for Microsoft Windows. Star Citizen will consist of two main components: first person space combat and trading in a massively multiplayer persistent universe and customizable private servers (known as Star Citizen), and a branching single-player game (known as Squadron 42). The game will also feature VR support.
