Trainers, it’s almost time to find out who the Pokemon Go August Raid bosses are. There’s a lot of speculation doing the rounds about which Pokemon could be rotated into this month’s raid battles, especially those Tier Five Raids. Pokemon Go August Raid Bosses | Rayquaza five-star raid
The first thing that you’ll want to know about the Pokemon Go August Raid bosses is who will be this month’s five-star raid battle. Armored Mewtwo and Deoxys (Speed Forme) are currently in rotation, so this duo definitely won’t be appearing in August.

We do know who will be replacing them for the month of August now though. Rayquaza, the Dragon and Flying dual-type Pokemon, will be available to battle in five-star raids. In fact, you can begin to take on this legendary Pokemon starting Wednesday, July 31 at 1 PM PDT, 4 PM EDT, and 8 PM BST.
Rayquaza will be available until Monday, September 2 at the times mentioned above too. If you’re lucky, you may even encounter a shiny version. Rayquaza has a quadruple weakness to Ice-type Pokemon, so make sure you bring one or two along to this raid.

As for the full Pokemon Go August Raid bosses list, we don’t have the details on this yet either. Raid battle rotations don’t come into force until the first day of each month and, while some things do leak out about the game before their arrival, there’s been no such leak for August’s raid battles.
The latest thread on the Silph Road Reddit page only shows the bosses for the week commencing July 25. We’ll find out who is definitely showing up before August 1, however. Once we know for sure, we’ll update this page so you have the rundown on who is available to battle.
