Samurai Shodown Patch 1.03 Notes | Online fixes and more

The Samurai Shodown patch 1.03 notes have been shared via the official Samurai Shodown Twitter account. The patch, which is available for Xbox One, PC, and PS4 versions, doesn’t change too much, with the only a minor fix for Kyoshiro Senryo. Otherwise, nothing too crazy happening here. To download the patch, you should just check the “Check for Update” function on your platform of choice. Unless it’s been automatically updated, in which case, all you have to do is start to the game to seem the changes for yourself. You can check out the full notes at the bottom of the post. Otherwise, you can check out the highlights below.

Samurai Shodown Patch 1.03 Notes | Highlights

Online issues fixed

If you’ve been having a tough time with the online modes Samurai Shodown offers, a few fixes have been implemented to make a more stable online environment for those looking to test their skills against other players. For players in Ranked who have had trouble finding opponents, that should no longer be an issue.

If lag has been the crux of your online experience, a fix has also been implemented to solve an issue which caused lag to happen more frequently. Lastly, fixes for “other minor issues relating to online modes” have been made; specifics on those fixes were not included in the Samurai Shodown patch 1.03 notes.

Kyoshiro Senryo fix

If you’re expecting some crazy change to Kyoshiro Senryo, then you will be disappointed. Rather than a balance change, a fix was put in place for his crouch walk. “Under specific conditions,” Kyoshiro players would unintentionally crouch walk, regardless of whether he is wielding a weapon or it got knocked out of his hand. With the fix now in place, this should no longer be an issue.
