Data miners have found a Fortnite Endgame Star-Lord skin ahead of its official release. Dropping in-game as part of the Avengers Endgame LTM event, you’ll want to know how to unlock it. Find out when the first Fortnite Endgame Guardians of the Galaxy skin is available below.
Fortnite Endgame Star-Lord Skin | What is the outfit?
The Fortnite Endgame Star-Lord skin pays tribute to lovable rogue Peter Quill and his superhero pseudonym. Dataminer Skin-Tracker unearthed what the outfit will look like before it’s released, and what cosmetics will drop alongside it.
Another popular leaker in Hypex also posted about the Star-Lord costume on their Twitter account. Based on this image, you can expect to evoke your inner Guardians leader with his iconic face mask, Walkman headphones, red jacket, and long sleeved gray top.
In keeping with the MCU’s version of Star-Lord, it’ll come as no surprise that his emote has been named “Dance Off.” This pays homage to the hilarious scene in Guardians of the Galaxy when Star-Lord challenges Ronan the Accuser to a dance-off for the Power Infinity Stone.
Other cosmetics, such as a rumored Guardians Pickaxe and Back Bling will complete the skin set, but we’ll find out for certain when the outfit drops in-game.
Fortnite Endgame Star-Lord Skin | How to unlock
The Fortnite Endgame Star-Lord skin will be made available to players in the in-game store next week. Epic announced that a new Marvel character skin would be winging its way to the shop much like the Black Widow one did on Thursday.
There’s no official release date for the Star-Lord outfit just yet though. It’s likely that the skin will be patched into the game early next week though due to the timeliness of this LTM event. Based on that, we’d expect to see it land on Monday, April 29 or Tuesday, April 30.
There hasn’t been any indication of how much it will cost to buy either. The Black Widow costume costs 1,500 V-Bucks to purchase, so we suspect the Star-Lord skin will cost a similar amount.
