If you’ve been hit by The Division 2 Echo-07 error, your best chance of reconnecting is to sort out your own internet connection. For Xbox One and PS4 owners, this couldn’t be simpler. You can turn off your internet modem, or restart it, and wait for it to reconnect to the internet.

Once it has, you can try logging out and back into your Xbox Live or PSN account. Head to the settings menu, and find the internet connection sub-menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to locate your WiFi connection, input the correct WiFi password, and wait until you’re told you’re connected. Reload The Division 2, and try to sign in. If it’s worked, you’re golden.

PC gamers have a bit more work to do for their fix. You can try the above power cycle method and, if this sorts the issue, then great. If not, you’ll want to try a few other options. Our ALFA-02 error guide has a ton of fixes you can try to resolve this issue, so have a look there and see which one works for you.
