Devil May Cry 5 Bloody Palace release date

The Devil May Cry 5 Bloody Palace release date has been announced. This free DLC will allow you to face hordes of enemies and bosses while trying to beat the clock. The Bloody Palace will be a great place to test the skills you picked up playing through the story and offers a way to fight to your heart’s content without the pretense of a plot.

What is the Bloody Palace in Devil May Cry 5?

Devil May Cry 5 Bloody Palace more combat

The Bloody Palace has been a Devil May Cry staple since the second entries in the series, and each game has had its own spin on the mode. While we’re not sure what you’ll receive for completing the Bloody Palace, or how many floors there’ll be, you usually get a pretty decent reward for beating it.

Typically, for completing Bloody Palace in previous titles, you earn costumes or gallery images. This hasn’t been confirmed for Devil May Cry 5 yet, but we suspect the prize will be worth the effort.

If the Devil May Cry 5 Bloody Palace follows the same format as previous editions, you’ll fight your way through multiple floors with a boss every 20 or so levels. You’ll likely find environments from throughout the story mode, and there’s probably some twists and turns in store to throw you off along the way.

The Bloody Palace will release for DMC5 on April 1, 2019. This update will be entirely free for everyone who owns the game, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing any DLC.

Since it’s a free update, it’s likely you won’t even have to download anything separately to access Bloody Palace. Just keep your eyes out for an automatic update for the game on April 1, and after it installs check out the game menu for a new entry for Bloody Palace mode.
