Destiny 2 weekly reset time

Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Time Today (March 12) | What’s changed?

The Destiny 2 weekly reset time today is actually slightly different than you might be expecting. That’s because Daylight Savings has taken hold in the US, but not yet in the UK. That makes things complicated. Below, we’ll clear up any confusion when it comes to the Destiny 2 weekly reset by giving you the exact time as well as a rundown of all of the new activities and other changes you can expect as a result of the weekly reset today.

When is the Destiny 2 weekly reset time today? (March 12)

Destiny 2 weekly reset time

Things have changed. Today, March 12, you’re looking at a new Destiny 2 weekly reset time of 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern. Things, mercifully haven’t changed (yet) in the UK so you’re still looking at things refreshing at 5 PM GMT. You’ll know when it’s taken hold as a “New Adventures Available” notification will pop up on your screen during play.

For those in the UK, keep an eye out for April 2, as that’s when the weekly reset time will change for you.

What’s changed in the Destiny 2 weekly reset? (March 12)

Destiny 2 weekly reset time

You’ve got your normal crop of changes this week. There’s a bunch of activities, Strikes and the like, that are all different come Tuesday, so we’ll deal with that first. As per the Ritual Reset, here’s everything that’s changing in the Destiny 2 weekly reset:

  • Call to Arms Crucible Challenge
  • Destination Flashpoints
  • Raid Challenge Encounters
  • Raid Checkpoints
  • Dreaming City Powerful Rewards
  • Spider’s Powerful Bounty
  • Gambit Powerful Bounty
  • Gambit Weekly Challenge
  • Nightfall Strike
  • Weekly Clan Engrams
  • Weekly Clan XP Caps
  • Eververse Bright Dust and Prismatic Matrix Selections

But that’s not all. A hotfix is also arriving, promising a weekly reset glitch fix. Bounties that had traditionally reset on Tuesday were doing so on Tuesday. That should be fixed today. There’s also a handful of fixes for Gambit quests that were not progressing as they should so, if you’ve found yourself at a dead end on Gambit or Gambit Prime, you can breathe a little easier today.

Finally, Xur is saying goodbye, albeit only temporarily. He brought us Forsaken Exotics for the first time ever last week but after the weekly reset he won’t be returning until Friday, March 15. Who knows what he’ll have in store for us then?
