The Division 2 Beta base of operations gate bug

The base of operations was introduced in The Division, and was the main hub for your team of agents to relax, upgrade weapons, and do other stuff in-between missions. The Division 2 has retained this feature as your camp for when you aren’t out in the world. With The Division 2 being set in Washington, your hub is none other than the White House, which is a nice touch.

However, some players are having trouble accessing it when they leave a group of fellow agents. Sometimes when someone does this, the gates to the White House become locked. This prevents players from accessing the social space, and unable to do anything during their downtime in-between missions.

How can you do this if the gates are locked though? If you’re inside the White House hub, you’ll need to head back into the social space and then try leaving again. If you’re outside, you’ll have to leave your current game, and then reload The Division 2 to sort the problem out. Its frustrating, yes, but that’s what game betas are for. They’re needed to iron out these issues for when the main game drops in March.
