Plenty of players have taken to official support forums to complain about the UI Error 53769. The error code appears to have started as part of the game’s latest update. While we’ve seen that people are unable to buy specific Camos, we don’t know the full extent of the Black Ops 4 UI Error 53769. Read on to see if there’s a fix for the issue.

Unfortunately, there is no way to fix the 53679 error in Black Ops 4 by yourself. We’d love to tell you otherwise, but the only thing you can do right now is wait for a hotfix or patch from Treyarch. Our advice? Refrain from purchasing any Camos (including weapon Camos) from the Black Market in Black Ops 4 until there is official word from Treyarch that the issue has been fixed. Not getting involved is the best way to avoid any error, after all.

Thankfully, Treyarch is at least aware of the error. It’s “a known issue already being looked into… Please hang tight for now and watch out for an update.” A January fix might not be beyond the realms of possibility. We couldn’t have said it any better ourselves.
