Fallout 76 1.03 update

Fallout 76 1.03 Update Patch Notes – What’s Changed?

Is the Fallout 76 1.03 update the big fixer-upper we’ve been waiting for? Not quite, but the new Fallout 76 update, and its full set of Fallout 76 1.03 update patch notes reveals that Bethesda is hard at work when it comes to bug fixes, removing glitches, and improving performance. Will it make the game infinitely more playable? Take a look for yourself down below with our overview of what’s changed and what’s been fixed.

Fallout 76 1.03 Update – What is the Download Size?

Don’t start clearing your hard drive just yet. While the 1.02 update was a whopping 50 GB-plus, the Fallout 76 1.03 update download size is capped at 3 GB on Xbox One and PS4, while it’s a paltry 36 MB on PC. Phew. Speaking of capped…

Fallout 76 1.03 Update – Uncapped Framerate

For those who want their mega PC rigs to be put to good use, uncapped framerate is now back in Fallout 76 – but with a difference. The glitch that saw players inexplicably speeding up when having uncapped framerates (god, this game is amazing for all the wrong reasons) is gone.

Fallout 76 1.03 Update – Stash Limit Increase

It’s finally here! The oft-requested stash limit is now live with 1.03. Players are now given a 50% increase to 600 pounds, though Bethesda expects that number to get ever higher in the coming months.

Fallout 76 1.03 Update – Bug Fixes

This is the meat of the patch notes. We’ve got changes to loading screen crashes on Xbox One and PS4 (namely, they’re no longer a thing); moving C.A.M.P locations is now hassle-free thanks to individual items also moving alongside it and not being lost in the ether. Also, the Electrically Charged and Unstable Isotope mutations have been nerfed considerably, no longer dishing out bonus health when activated.

There’s a couple more in the patch notes link down below but, as this is a far smaller update, the fixes are kept too a minimum. It should also be worth pointing out that the AFK limit has been reduced to 10 minutes of inactivity and you’re out of here. So, if you are kicked, that’s not a bug, just a design choice.
