Red Dead Redemption 2 Robot

Where to find the Red Dead Redemption 2 Robot location

There’s all manner of strange things on Arthur Morgan’s journey, but nothing quite like the Red Dead Redemption 2 robot. It’s not an easy task to find the traumatized tin man either so here’s how to unlock the robot as well as a look at the final Red Dead Redemption 2 robot location if you’re having trouble spotting it.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Robot – How to Unlock

To trigger the Red Dead Redemption 2 robot, the first thing you have to do is complete the Chapter 4 mission “The Joys of Civilization.” Once that’s been taken care of, head to the question mark on your map located in the southwest park in Saint Denis. That’ll kick off the “A Bright Bouncing Boy” questline.

Part one of this quest is easy enough but, after completing that, you’ll unlock the second part by visiting the stranger, Marko, in Doverhill between 10 PM and 5 AM. There’s an even bigger catch: you need to be in the middle of the storm for this mission to begin. Once you’ve jumped through all those hoops, completed the electrifying mission, and returned 48 hours later to collect an electric lantern, only then can you find the robot.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Robot – Location

You can find the robot at the very peak of the snowy mountains you traversed way back in Chapter 1. Head to the mining town of Colter and bear northwest, continually making your way up to the top of the mountain until you come across either a faint buzzing side or, even better, the sight of a slumped over robot. It’s a surreal moment in a game filled with them.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Robot – What Does it Do?

Unfortunately, he doesn’t do much, at least not that we’re aware of. He does act, though, as a neat bookend to one of the quirkier quests to the game as (spoiler) he kills his inventor. And, thus, sci-fi was born.
