Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost

Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost – Where to Find the Ghost

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a huge game with many secrets, including some truly spooky Easter eggs. We’ve already shown you how to have an encounter with a flying saucer, now we’ve got an even creepier hunt for the Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost. But where exactly can you find the ghost? Is there any special way or time to see the ghost when you get there? We’re ready to believe you.

Where is the Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost?

Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost Location

The Red Dead Redemption 2 ghost can be found in Bluewater Marsh, just north of Saint Denis, right next to Trapper’s Cabin. Head up via the road to the right to the spot above. You can investigate the local area if you like, but be warned that there’s some strange folk around, not to mention a lot of snakes and alligators.

How to See the Red Dead Redemption 2 Ghost

Once you’ve got to Bluewater Marsh, then what? First, wait until nightfall. The easiest way is to set up camp nearby and sleep until night. Do not set up camp on the waypoint we marked above, set up a little further away. Then wait, walking backward and forwards on the top point of that road. Try to avoid distractions. You may hear a crying woman nearby (which is a trap incidentally) but it’s not your ghost.

The ghost should appear at the exact spot we marked around 2 am. The area will get incredibly foggy, and the music will become low and creepy. Please bear in mind the ghost may not always appear, despite all this. It took us around four nights to actually see her, although we heard her saying “will you miss me?” and “he never loved her!” on previous nights instead.

If all the conditions are correct, you should see the apparition of a lady in white appear at the marker. You’ll have to be quite far away, but she should be very obvious. Get out your binoculars (on your item inventory page) and zoom in to get a good look at her. Get too close, though, and she’ll fade away. There are reports from players who managed to get close enough to see a noose around her neck…
