Destiny 2 Repair the Awoken Talisman

Destiny 2 – How to Repair the Awoken Talisman

Destiny 2 has received a big influx of content thanks to the new Forsaken expansion, and one of the most important missions you can go on is the “Broken Awoken” quest. In Destiny 2 repair the Awoken Talisman is a key part of this mission, but where do you get it and how do you repair it? We’ll do our best to answer.

Where to Get the Awoken Talisman

Once you’ve completed the Destiny 2: Forsaken story, one of the further missions you’ll be given access to is Broken Awoken. You’ll be given the Awoken Talisman by Petra Venj, but as the quest’s name suggests, it’s broken. The purpose of the mission is to repair it, with the ultimate goal of gaining access to The Dreaming City and The Last Wish raid.

Destiny 2 Repair the Awoken Talisman and Complete Broken Awoken

The Spider vendor can repair the Awoken Talisman, but first you’ll need to collect the remaining talisman fragments. These can be found in chests within Lost Sectors on the Forsaken Shore. The first is in “an old Corsair hideout,” which is a broken ship in the Jetsam of Saturn. The second is “in the heart of Spider’s web,” meaning close to the Spider in Thieves Landing, in the Empty Tank Lost Sector. The third and final fragment is “in a rare green place,” which means the Four-Horn Gulch, specifically the Trapper’s Cave Lost Sector.

Spider can fix it and you’ll then get the Mended Awoken Talisman, but it still won’t be fully repaired. First, it needs Darkness, which means you’ll have to kill around about 300 Taken. This can be done best on the Lake of Shadows strike, the Sanctum of Bones Lost Sector on Io, the Sludge in the European Dead Zone, and in Gambit.

The Talisman will then transform into an Imbalanced or Semi-Charged Awoken Talisman. Head back to the Four-Horn Gulch region of the Tangled Shore, where you’ll have to complete an Ether Ritual public event. Once done, Spider will give you a Balanced Awoken Talisman and you’ll complete the quest. Congratulations, the Awoken Talisman is now repaired and you can enter the Dreaming City!
