Fortnite Hot Ride Glider: How to Get the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider

The Fortnite 5.40 update has landed on all platforms, and one of the new cosmetics for Fortnite players to get is the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider. The flying car skin looks very cool, and is sure to be a valued commodity in Fortnite when players get back to taking each other out battle royale-style. How do you get about getting the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider though? Let’s see what you need to do to earn it.

Fortnite Hot Ride Glider: How do You Get the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider?

The Fortnite Hot Ride Glider skin is seemingly available to purchase in the Item Shop. According to fnitemshop.com, gamers will be able to buy the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider for 1500 V-bucks, which is the in-game currency. The official Fortnite website, which lists the skin as “legendary”, doesn’t give an indication over how players can obtain it though. It could be that challenges will be dropped into Fortnite for you to earn it for free, if you don’t wish to fork out V-bucks for it. We’ll have to wait and see on that front.

Fortnite Hot Ride Glider: What Does it Look Like?

It looks very sleek, we have to say. Twitter account ShiinaBR has already uploaded a video to show off a full 360-degree look at the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider in all its glory. Images are also present on fnitemshop.com and fortniteskins.net, which give another look at the new skin. Looking very similar to Back to the Future’s time-traveling DeLorean vehicle, the Fortnite Hot Ride Glider skin sports up-turned wheels, wings and gull-wing doors. It also has a radio antenna on the right hand side, a spoiler on the back, and a rocket booster sandwiched the brake and reverse lights. All in all, well worth its legendary status, and you can expect to see it very soon.
