Fortnite Week 8 Challenges

Fortnite Week 8 Challenges: What Are the Leaked New Fortnite Challenges?

The Fortnite Week 8 challenges have been teased, once again, via a trusty third-party tracking app, which takes a deep look into the latest game files, digging up all of those Fortnite hidden gems, including what’s next for the new Fortnite Season 5 challenges. Both Battle Pass owners and free-to-play owners will have a lot to do once the refresh rolls around. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Fortnite Week 8 challenges, including some tips on how to complete them.

Fortnite Week 8 Challenges

Fortnite Week 8 Challenges

Free Challenges:

  • Place Traps 0/10
  • Search Chests in Wailing Woods 0/7
  • Shotgun Eliminations (HARD) 0/4

Battle Pass Challenges:

  • Deal damage with a Pickaxe to opponents 0/250
  • Use a Rift at different Rift spawn locations 0/10
  • Search between three oversized seats (HARD)

    0/1
  • Stage 1: Eliminate an opponent in Greasy Grove (HARD) 0/1

Placing traps is a piece of cake, and absolutely no one will have trouble there. Searching chests in Wailing Woods is, again, very simple. It can be done in multiple rounds and shouldn’t take too long. (If you do struggle here, I’d recommend waiting a week to let the traffic around Wailing Woods die down a little.) Getting kills with a sniper shouldn’t be too tricky. If you do suck with a scope, try the hunting rifle! Damaging opponents with a pickaxe should be fun… Just follow an enemy as they land, get a few hits in before dying, and then repeat! Rifts can be found all over the place, so that will be no trouble, and we’ll have guides for the final two challenges closer to the refresh time.

Completing all of the Fortnite Week 8 challenges will earn players a whopping 8,000 XP. What’s more, they will also unlock a new loading screen, which holds the clue to a free secret tier. Prepare yourself for the refresh, as we near the end of Season 5!
