Fortnite Week 7 Challenges: Season 5 Week 7 Challenges Guide

The Fortnite Week 7 challenges have been revealed through a reputable third-party tracking app, which takes a deep dive into the latest game files, unearthing all of those Fortnite secrets, including what’s next up for the new Fortnite Season 5 challenges. Both Battle Pass owners and free-to-play owners will have plenty to do once August 24 rolls around. Here’s what you need to know about the new Fortnite Week 7 challenges, as well as some tips on how to complete them.

Fortnite Week 7 Challenges: What Are The Fortnite Week 7 Challenges?

Free Challenges:

  • Visit the center of Named Locations in a Single Match 0/4
  • Search Supply Drops 0/3
  • SMG Eliminations (HARD) 0/3

Battle Pass Challenges:

  • Deal damage to opponents’ structures with Remote Explosives 0/5000
  • Search Chests in Lucky Landing 0/7
  • Follow the treasure map found in Pleasant Park (HARD) 0/1
  • Eliminate opponents in Lazy Links (HARD) 0/3

Honestly, the Fortnite Week 7 challenges are looking pretty damn simple. For the Free objectives, which are available to all players, visiting the center of “Named Locations” is something that every player does anyway, as is searching supply drops. What with how many SMGs are now in the game, getting those SMG eliminations should be a piece of cake.

Battle Pass challenges are a little harder, demanding some excellent use of the remote explosives, good knowledge of chest locations in Lucky Landing, and the ability to take enemies down in Lazy Links. (As for the Pleasant Park treasure map location, don’t worry about that, as we’ll have a guide up and ready to show you where to go!)

Completing all of these challenges will grant you a bonus 7,000 XP. What’s more, if you have finished the other six weeks of challenges, you’ll finally unlock the Fortnite Road Trip skin! This will be the earliest opportunity to unlock the secret skin, so you can expect to see lots of players rushing to complete the new challenges.

As is always the case before the challenges’ actual launch, Epic Games could well make alterations to these objectives, with new features leading to updated challenges, so don’t be surprised if they have changed come August 24. (Yes, this is a Friday, meaning that the challenges have indeed been delayed.)
