Profile Name Stars

When you complete ALL the Grand Prix races with a certain rank you can add a star next to your profile name on the results screen and the Wi-Fi races.


1 Star Pofile Name:


Earn a '1 Star' rank in ALL Grand Prix races.


2 Star Profile Name:


Earn a '2 Star' rank in ALL Grand Prix races.


3 Star Profile Name:


Earn a '3 Star' rank in ALL Grand Prix races.

Unlocking Lightweights

Babies Mario and Peach are automatically unlock at the start. Baby Luigi:8 fast staff ghosts required. Baby Daisy:Star rank (cup currently unknown) Dry Bones is the same I think. Koopa and Toad and available at the start. Toadette requires 16 ghost records (Time Trials)

Last to first

When your playing and your last in the game. Look for pathways hidden somewhere on the track they will be shortcuts and could put you ahead in the race.

How to dodge all shells

If a red or green shell comes shooting at you the first thing you want to do is have a banana in your inventory and when it comes at you use your banana but don't let go hold it so it's behind the kart and the red or green shell hits it the effect will be negated and nothing will happen if a blue shell comes at you have a mushroom ready when it's about to hit you use your mushroom timing is key I hope you enjoyed this cheat and find it useful.

FALL BOOST

This works with any kart any charecter anywhere, What you do is when you fall off a cliff or something and the cloud guy comes and brings you back on the track, right when you come back on screen, do a in-air burnout quickly then let go and press 2 right when you touch the ground.

HOW do you unlock petty piranha and king Boo?

All cup tour - win the special cup in the 150cc class to unlock the all cup tour wich is a combination of all the other cups


play as toad and toadette - win the 100cc special cup


Tilt a cart battle stage - win the mirror flower cup

POW Block

When you see the POW block on your screen and its about to hit you, do the function you would normally use for a trick to create a shockwave. This will make you immune to the spin out the POW block creates. This can be done using bikes or carts. Please not the while your speed will stay the same, you will still loose whatever items you were carrying.

Mii Racer Weight Class

Go to the Mii Channel and change your Mii's weight. This causes you to change weight classes and have different cars available.

Play as the same character

Have P1 choose the character you both want to be. De-select the character and move off of it. Move P2 over the character and select it again. Go back one screen, then go into the character select again. You should both be on the same character. Both of you can now select the character.

Note: In the character select screen and options, whenever one of you does an animation, both will do it. Also, if P2 chooses a different kind of vehicle than P1, P1 will look strange in the menus.

Golden Wii Wheel

Play the game, using only the wii wheel extensively, in all the modes. When you play an online game, a golden wii wheel will appear next to your name.

Starting Boost

When the countdown starts wait until the 2 has almost disappeared and then press and hold the 2 button. This will give you a quick boost at the start of the race.

Boost after falling

When you fall into something, such as a pit, if you hit 2 the moment you're placed back on the ground, you get a temporary boost.

New opening and closing screens

Complete every single cup and place in first. It will unlock two new alternating Title Screens and one new End Photo.
