Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes Explained: All Changes Here

Epic Games has released the Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes for all players to enjoy. This latest update arrives this week with only a few changes, but some pretty important ones. This update follows the V4.4 major update that is pretty big. We recommend checking that one out in order to better understand this smaller update.

We have everything you need to know about the Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes so you can see what’s new this week in one of the most popular games on the planet. This update will be extra interesting as it will be one of the first updates since the game launched last week on Nintendo Switch.

Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes Explained: Release Date

The Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes are going live tomorrow morning at 4 a.m. ET (1 a.m. PT) so you will be able to enjoy all of the new content for the week. There will be a short bit of downtime beginning at that time so we do recommend having some patience. However, we don’t expect the downtime to be very long at all.

Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes Explained

As for the Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes themselves, this update won’t be a big one as we mentioned. Instead, it will focus on some major changes for the game. The most notable one is the Stink Bomb. This baby will explode with a nasty cloud that damages anyone unlucky enough to be trapped inside.

It is also possible that the Fortnite V4.4.2 Patch Notes will include the ability to fire rockets from inside the enemy lair as teased previously. It is also presumed that the Shopping Cart won’t be making a return to the game just yet, as this update is a much smaller content update for the week. For more on when the Cart makes its return, keep it locked here.
