Vampyr PC Requirements

Vampyr PC Requirements: Can Your System Run It?

The Vampyr PC requirements have been revealed way ahead of the game’s June 5, 2018 release date. This should allow PC players to ensure their systems are up to scratch, and ready to power the game at either minimum settings, or push for maximum graphical glory.

Vampyr PC Requirements: Minimum Specs Required

If you’re just looking to run Vampyr at its minimum settings, with no need for fancy shadows or textures, and you don’t mind a few jagged edges, then the Vampyr minimum PC requirements are for you.

Note that the game is compatible with Windows 7, 8 and 10. (64-bit versions only, however!) The required processor and graphics card shouldn’t be too big of a problem for most PCs unless they are running ancient hardware. The 8GB of RAM may be a concern for some, but it’s pretty much the standard for a gaming PC in this day and age. The game will take up 20GB of hard drive space.

  • OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64 bits)
  • Processor: Intel Core i3-2130 (3.4 GHz)/AMD FX-4100 (3.6 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 2 GB, GeForce GTX 660/Radeon R7 370
  • Storage: 20 GB available space

Vampyr PC Requirements: Recommended Specs

Vampyr PC Requirements

We’ve gone over the minimum specs, which are just for getting the game actually up and running, even if it looks pretty horrific. Now it’s time for the Vampyr recommended PC requirements, which will render the game at its very best visual quality. A relatively recent, high-end CPU will be needed, in addition to a mid-range GPU with 4GB of VRAM. The RAM requirement of 16GB may stump some systems but should be an easy upgrade if needed. As mentioned above, the game will take up 20GB of hard drive space.

  • OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64 bits)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K (3.2 GHz)/AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2 GHz)
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 4 GB, GeForce GTX 970/Radeon R9 390
  • Storage: 20 GB available space

Those are the Vampyr PC requirements as detailed on the Steam store page. (These can change over time, as new patches and optimizations are implemented.)
