Monster Hunter World PC Update

Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes: Read All the Changes Here

After a very beefy update and perhaps the largest one for the game yet with 2.00, Capcom has released the Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes for players to sift through. Update 2.01 follows up on the massive 2.00 with some more necessary changes and fixes that are certain to be helpful.

The Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes are notably much smaller than 2.00 as this is definitely an interim update that is meant to fix some important issues that were either looked over before or actually popped up as a result of the last update. Without further ado, let’s dig into them and see what’s changed.

Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes: Read All the Changes Here

Like we already mentioned, the Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes are much smaller than 2.00, so it is worth keeping your expectations in check. However, there’s no denying the importance of some of these fixes that released with it. Let’s dive in.

The first and foremost biggest change with this update is regarding the bow weapon class’ Dragon Piercer skill. With the last update, a bug revolving around being able to shoot much farther than you should be able to was fixed with a balance to the weapon. However, fixing that brought up a whole new problem for the skill that Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes address.

A new bug appeared that resulted in players who aim very quickly with their reticle not being able to shoot exactly in the direction they’re wishing to do so. Monster Hunter World Update 2.01 Patch Notes detail that that bug has now been fixed. The other fix was a fix for the item order for your loadout when you are doing the Arena.
