Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Power Level Requirement: What Power Level Do I Need to Be?

The Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris DLC is available to play today, with Bungie releasing its first major expansion to its sci-fi sequel.

While you can download the expansion right now, if you have yet to sit a certain Power level in the game, you still won’t be able to play it. Fortunately, the Power level you’ll be required to reach is completely within reach even for casual Destiny 2 players.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris required Power level

The required Power level to be able to play the Curse of Osiris DLC is 200, which you should reach after completing the campaign and making your way to level 20. If you haven’t reached this Power level, then head on over to Zavala to pick up a piece of Exotic gear after beating Destiny 2’s story, which should hopefully tip you over the edge.

If you’re still a little way from reaching Curse of Osiris’ requirement, then it’s suggested that you complete your weekly Milestones in order to bag yourself some rewards. After this you can start the expansion (find out how to do so here).

It’s great that Bungie have made the Power level requirement for Curse of Osiris so low, as it’ll allow players to jump right in without worrying about grinding through Destiny 2‘s endgame. With Curse of Osiris giving players much more to do in the FPS, perhaps this will lead to the Destiny community enjoying the game a little more than they have been.
