Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition is finally out, bringing one of the best CRPGs of all time to console. But at an MSRP of $50, will you get your money’s worth?
If you look at worth in terms of dollars-per-hour, then you most certainly will.
The main story of Pillars of Eternity will take around 40 hours or so, (and could take twice that depending on how completionist you are). However, since the Complete Edition includes both story DLC packs, you can add at least another 20 hours to that total, bringing you to at least 60 hours. If you want to get everything done in the game, you could easily spend close to 100.
