FFXIV: Stormblood – How to Acquire Level 345 Weapon

With every patch comes new content, and Stormblood’s patch 4.05 is no different. One of the most notable changes is the maximum item level of weapons going up to 345. While the rest of armor and accessories remain at 340, the most passionate players will not want to miss out on upgrading their weapons to the new max, and we’ve got you covered.

The new “Genji” weapons require you to earn eight Deltascape Datalog v4.0 by beating turn v4.0 on Savage. Each completion of the fight against the boss Exdeath will grant you one Datalog, meaning it will take eight total completions to receive the weapon for your favored class.

Unfortunately, you can only receive the reward once a week. This means it will take a total of eight weeks before you can even turn in the Datalogs for your Genji weapon of choice. If someone in your group has already completed the turn for the week, it decreases the amount of gear coffers available for the group down to one if one to four players have completed it, and zero if five or more teammates have done it.

The weekly reset takes place at 1:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday’s, so make sure to always have it done before then so it isn’t a waste. Once you have all eight Datalogs, you can turn them in to Gelfradus <Omega Parts Exchange, X:13.7 Y: 12.0> located in Rhalgr’s Reach. Select the appropriate Deltascape Datalog Exchange tab for your desired class, and you’re good to go.
