Path of Exile: Fall of Oriath – How to Get to Act 5

Path of Exile: Fall of Oriath has added a total of six new acts to the game, more than doubling the amount available. With that, you may be wondering how you can get to the new areas to enjoy the new content.

You can start Act 5 by climbing the Ascent of Mt. Veruso before reaching a portal to Oriath, as noted in the quest that should be made available to you automatically.

The intro reads:

Atop the frozen peaks of Mount Veruso lies a way to return home, but the death of Dominus has left Oriath in turmoil. Caught amidst the slaves revolting against their Templar oppressors, you are all that stands between the innocent lives trapped in Oriath and the divine wrath of High Templar Avarius.

The monsters in Act 5 range from level 41 to 45. It is recommended that you are near these levels before heading there or it will be very challenging. Note that these enemies will drop new items that are considered extremely valuable.

The town in Act 5 is Overseer’s Tower. This town is located directly next to The Slave Pens and The Control Blocks.
