Infinite Bullets:
In the NYPD (New York Police Dept.), go downstairs and enter the door to the left. A box of bullets will be near the counter. Get them and leave to the New York map. Go back and do the same thing. Repeat as needed.
Missing Building:
The Missing Building is the Chrysler Building. The way to get there is to defeat Eve, and then to save the game at the END of the credits. Then restart the game and select ‘EX’. To prepare yourself for Chrysler: 1) build up your character – this level is tough, so you want to be level 35+, have good weapons and armor, and have ‘Liberate’ (do NOT go beyond the T-Rex boss, or you will not be able to go back to the Chrysler Building!); 2) bring over your best weapon and armor from the normal game – to do this, have one weapon and one piece of armor engraved by Wayne on the cruiser on the morning of Day 6. You can also store items on the cruiser (items you don’t think you’ll need in the final battle) and pick them up at the NYPD station in the EX mode.
Ultimate Weapons
Ever wonder what to do with all that junk? Well, if you give 300 pieces of junk to Wayne in the weapons room at the NYPD. He will fashion a weapon of your choice. Feel lucky today, punk? Let Wayne choose the weapon – he’ll either give you one of four ass-kickin’ weapons or one of two pieces of useless crap. (The game does not allow you to kill Wayne in a fit of rage – besides, your weapon is a piece of useless scrap metal…)
You Choose the Weapon:
Wayne Chooses the Weapon:
Charging PE mid-battle:
Ever run out of PE in the middle of a battle? Well, not anymore. If you switch armor in the middle of the battle, it gives Aya’s PE a kick-start. Just remember to switch back to your stronger armor afterwards…
Tool Kit:
Tools allow you to modify weapons. With a normal tool, you can transfer a parameter from one weapon to another, but in the process you destroy the weapon from which you are taking the parameter. Super Tools allow you to transfer parameters without destroying the original weapon (though you loose that parameter for that weapon). Super Tools also allow you to remove bad adaptations from good weapons. Want a kit? Collect Trading Cards.
Trading Cards:
Collect trading cards and take them to Wayne. He’ll upgrade one weapon for each card. Once you’re in EX mode, there will be Rare Trading cards. Wayne will upgrade two weapons for each card. Ask Wayne how many cards you’ve given him, and once you’ve given him 10 or so Rare Trading cards, he’ll give you the Tool Kit – an unlimited supply of normal Tools. If you give Wayne a full set of all 14 (2 regular and 12 Rare Trading Cards), he’ll give you a Super Tool Kit, and unlimited supply of Super Tools.
The Rare Trading Cards: P38; B-Hawk; Kasul; PPKS; M1; MK5; BAR; MG42; M29; M73; Type 38; and Type3.
Put your name on it
Continously add bonus points to your armor until you have a Defense of 300, 100 in PE protection, and 100 in Critical Hit Protection. This can be accomplished by getting the toolkit of supertools and moving all the of bonuses of all the extra armors in your equipment list to one single piece of armor. If you do this, go to Wayne in the L.A.PD, have your armor equiped and click ‘Cance’l to leave him and he’ll say “Ooo! Now thats some good armor! Do you want to put your name on it?” You’ll now be able to put your name on it like you can after beating Eve the final time.
