Character Change:


  During play, pause and select "Quit." Set the CPU to control your 
  officer, then quickly hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Select. A window will appear 
  that allows you to control one of eight other officers. 
 Secret Characters:


  Select "New Officer" at the main menu and choose "Create New 
  Officer." Use the case-sensitive names below in the new officer creation, 
  and ignore the first name and last name boxes -  put first name in the 
  last name box and last name in the first name box.
