All Characters:

For English version, at mode select press Square, R1, Square, R2, Square, R2,

Square, R1 to unlock all 19 hidden characters. Also unlocks hidden characters

in Free Mode.

Edit Mode:

Press L1, L2, R2, R1, L1, L2, R2, R1 at the title screen. Alternately, beat

Musou mode with all generals with the exception of Dong Zhuo, Diao Chan, Lu

Bu, Yuan Shao, and Zhang Jiao.

All Levels in Free Mode:

At the main menu press and hold square and the press L2, R1, R2, L2, L1, R1

to get all of the levels in free mode.

Unlock all Shu:

Press Square, Square, L2, L2, L2, L2, L1, L1 at the title screen..

Unlock all Wu Generals:

Press Square, Square, R2, R2, R1, R1, Square, Square.

All Wei Generals:

At mode select, press Square, Square, Square, Square, R2, R2, R1, R1.

Fight as Diao Chan, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Chao, and Zhang Jiao in Free Mode:

Beat Musou mode with at least one member of each kingdom. Note: This also unlocks

Side Selection in free mode.

Fight as Sun Quan:

Beat Musou mode with all the Wu Kingdom members (Zhou Yu, Lu Xun, Sun Shang

Xiang, Taishi Ci, Gan Ning, Lu Meng).

Fight as Sima Yi:

Beat Musou mode as Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Dian Wei, Xu Chu, and Zhang Liao.

Fight as Cao Cao:

Beat Musou mode with all Wei Kingdom members including Sima Yi.

Fight as Zhuge Liang:

Beat Musou mode as Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Yun, Ma Chao, Huang Zhong, and Jiang

Wei.

Fight as Liu Bei:

Beat Musou mode with all Shu Kingdom members including Zhuge Liang.

Fight as Lu Bu (Free mode only):

Win Stage 2 (Hulao Gate) in Musou mode with at least 1000 KOs.

Music Test:

Press R1, R1, R2, R2, L1, L1, L2, L2 at the title screen. Select the “BGM test”

selection at the options screen to hear all the background music from the game.

Cinema Editor:

At the main menu press R2, R2, R2, L2, L2, L2, R1, L1. You will here shouting

Warriors and select “Options” and press “opening edit” to access the cinema

editor.

Easy Life:

Once you beat the game and get the side selection mode, play the ‘Hu Lao Gate’

stage, Dong Zhou’s forces, everytime you defeat a kingdom leader or General

(NOT Yuan Shao) you get the +10 life max item, keep repeating for full health

bar.

Hints

Full Health:

Find a save point, even if you dont have a memory card, and and either save

or don’t save. Then go back to the game and your full health will be restored.

Easily Kill Enemy Heroes:

When fighting bosses its easy to kill them with your bow and arrows. But first

get a good distance from them becase they will come after you. If you kill them

this way its not only easier but by hitting them with the arrows they won’t

use there extra health.(that they use to refill there health when they are hurt.)

A Little Help:

If you are short on defense and need more quick, make sure you have LOTS of

arrows and then aim for a gate captain and unload all the arrows you can on

him. If you hit him 8 or more times, you get +2. 16 or more times you get +4,

and 24 or more times you get +8. Also, for hero enemies, don’t knock them down.

They only heal when they are knocked down and get back up, so hit them 3 times

then repeat until they are dead. Works really well when you’re in a crowd and

can’t get free.

Beat the Crap Out of Enemy Heroes:

You can “juggle” your opponents for huge combos by doing jump attacks at them

right after they hit the ground everytime. If you keep them like that, I’m sure

you can get a very big combo.

99 Hit Combo:

Get a horse and make sure you are stronger than an enemy. Corner them while

running over the poor bugger and he will not be able to disappear. Keep hitting

him with square or triangle (not with circle because it will stop you.)

Max Health +10 Locations:

Whenever you defeat: Sun Shang Xiang, Sun Jian, Cao Cao, and Lui Bei you get

+10 Note cannot be leader of level. In the level Hu Lao Gate on the top of Fan

Shui Gate there is one in a clay jar. In the level of Chi Bi, there is one in

the top right corner in a clay jar (next to a Wu Gate) And in Lui Bei’s campaign

on the last level defeat Cao Cao’s officer Cao Pi and he gives you one.

How to Get Lots of Power Ups:

1. You need to have side selection mode 2. Go to yellow turban rebellion 3.

You need to be on the yellow turbans side 4. Kill every one get all the power

ups.

How to Get a 10+ Attack Up:

1.Go to Cang Ban and be on Lei Bei’s side 2.Fight and wait for Cao Cao’s reinforcemints

3.Press start and pick Cao Cao you will see a person by the name of xn or something

like that 4.kill him and he will give you a 10+
