Unlimited rage:

  Up. 
Unlimited ammo: 


During play, pause, hold L1 and press Left, Circle, Right, Square, Up, Triangle, Down, X.
All weapons: 


  At the Main Menu, hold L1 and press Square, Circle, Down, Left, Circle, Circle, 
  Triangle.


  


  Mission select:
