Press ~ and enter the following codes into the console which appears. These only work on servers with cheats enabled.
/god God Mode
/give all All weapons and ammo
/give armor Full armor
/give armor X Change X to set armor amount
/give health Full health
/give health X Change X to set health amount
/give ITEMNAME Change ITEMNAME to get that item
/noclip Walk through walls - No Clipping Mode
/notarget Turn Enemy AI off.
/nofatigue Infinite stamina
/give stamina Full stamina
/mapname Display current map name
/dir maps List map names
/devmap MAPNAME Change MAPNAME to jump to that map
/screenshot Image capture of current screen
/serverinfo Display server settings
/kill Commit Suicide
/quit Exit Game
/cmdlist Display every command
/reconnect Reconnect to last server
/toggle cg_draw2d Toggle HUD
/toggle cg_drawfps Toggle frame rate display
/toggle cg_drawtimer Display time remaining
/toggle cg_gibs Toggle gibs
/toggle cg_drawteamoverlay Toggle team overlays
/toggle r_fullscreen Toggle between windowed and full screen displays. Restart game when toggled.
/cg_FOV X Change X to change your Field Of View
/cg_uselessnostalgia X Change X to 1 or 0 to toggle old Wolfenstein HUD
/cg_thirdperson 1 Third Person Viewpoint
