Black Myth: Wukong’s Wandering Wight Boss Is Easy When You Know How

The optional Black Myth: Wukong Wandering Wight boss is the first real test of a player’s skills. While players can skip this boss and come back to it later, there will no doubt be those determined to beat the giant as soon as possible, eager to take the loot he drops. Thankfully, for those suffering countless deaths against the beast, there’s an easy way to beat him.

Easy way to beat Black Myth: Wukong’s Wandering Wight boss

The easiest way to beat the Black Myth: Wukong Wandering Wight boss is to lead the character around the back of the arena and get him stuck behind a rock and tree. Players are then free to heal and wait for their abilities to regenerate, before striking the stuck enemy again. Repeating this cycle will lead to minimal damage taken and an easily beaten Wight.

As noted in the video by NGHT VISION, the Wandering Wight can sometimes escape from his rock/tree prison. However, players can simply maneuver him back in place while avoiding any longer-range attacks.

The developers may eventually fix the Wandering Wight’s movement to prevent him from getting stuck. Until then, players are free to exploit his weakness to the rock and tree combination!

For some PC players, getting past the game’s black screens and crashing issues was the first real test. Now they get to try their hands at the Wandering Wight!
