Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse Release Date Announced

Shantae and the Pirate's Curse will launch on October 23 for Nintendo 3DS. 

The game, which is being developed by the folks over at WayForward, is the third entry in the studio's colorful 2D side-scrolling series. Nintendo will be showing more of the title during IndieCade, which kicks off tomorrow and runs up through the weekend.

WayForward has developed a number of other noteworthy games, including Ducktales RemasteredBloodrayne Betrayal, and Mighty Switch Force, so yes, there's definitely reason to be excited for this promising new 3DS title.
