Call of Duty has taken players through quite a few wars and while Black Ops II brushed the future in order to continue the storyline from the previous game, Call of Duty: Advance Warfare drops this year with a ton of future-facing gadgets.
Activision sent over this new trailer detailing the "future tech" present in this year's Call of Duty game from Sledgehammer and the collected CoD talent that have been delivering blockbuster shooters for over a decade now.
Sledgehammer executives Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey talk through some of the weaponry (including smart grenades and sync-shields) while we also get a look at the exoskeletons players will use to traverse extreme battlefields both in campaign and (hopefully) in multiplayer.
