Nintendo revealed its E3 plans a few weeks back and fans were happy to hear that they can get hands-on with one of the company's most anticipated games ahead of release, as if they were attending gaming's biggest tradeshow in their own backyards.
Last year, Best Buy played host to several Wii U games to give fans time with the company's new home console hardware. This year, Nintendo is hosting Super Smash Bros. tournaments across the country at participating Best Buy stores but we're not talking about an older Smash Bros title where a select few dedicated brawlers will mop up the competition.
If you head to a participating Best Buy on June 11th from 4pm – 9pm or on Saturday June 14th from Noon – 5pm, you'll be able to play the new Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U, the one that won't release until much later this year.
Nintendo has said that the Nintendo 3DS version of the new Super Smash Bros will be out this summer, but Best Buy has your shot at hands-on with this winter's Wii U version. Attendees who preorder Super Smash Bros. for 3DS or Wii U will also receive a Smash Bros coin.
