Phil Harrison to Keynote D.I.C.E. Europe

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences will partner with Video Games Intelligence to bring Phil Harrison, formerly of Sony and now of Microsoft, to D.I.C.E. Europe to keynote the second annual conference in the EU.

Harrison has over 30 years of experience in the industry and will share his own ideas on the future of the gaming medium at the opening address, with a focus on the D.I.C.E. conference's theme, "Without Borders".

Not the book store.

D.I.C.E. Europe will continue on that motif with an eye for the "creative culture of the interactive entertainment industry." Registration is now open, though gamers should know that D.I.C.E. can be a very dry affair with a focus on business that stifles much of what hardcore gamers evangelize in the community.

For all of that, look out for our E3 2014 coverage in June.
