By completing Resident Evil 7 for your first time you will unlock the following:
  • Madhouse Mode - The hardest difficulty available.
  • Albert-O1R Handgun - A weapon capable of one-shotting opponents.
  • The Secrets of Defense Handbook - Reduces damage taken when blocking.
By completing the game on Madhouse Difficulty you will unlock Infinite Ammo.
