The Quordle 150 answer has been revealed for June 23, 2022. This time around, the puzzle is more difficult than yesterday’s due to several words that can reduce to constructions that have multiple solutions. There are about five or six uncommon to rare letters spread throughout the solution, so it’s not at all a gimme. Luckily, there’s only one double vowel which will make the puzzle a bit easier. The most difficult word is the lower-left one because of its high number of uncommon letters. For a hint, it’s an alternate spelling for a similar four-letter noun or it can have something to do with seaweed. If you need the full solution, you can see it posted after the break.
What is Quordle answer 150? (June 23, 2022)
The Quordle answer 150 is:
- “TORCH”
- “TROVE”
- “WRACK”
- “SPOON”
Among the four, “WRACK” has the highest difficulty because of the combination of the “W,” “C,” and “K” consonants. We’re fortunate that as a part of our common Quordle strategy, we use “LUCKY” as one of our first three words, so getting the last two letters was easier for us. But if you don’t get both consonants early, it may take a while to figure out. On top of that, the word can eventually boil down to “?RACK” which has more than several solutions.
The same can be said with two of the other words in the answer: “TROVE” can reduce to “TRO?E” and “SPOON” can become “S?OON.” Both of these can make you waste a few guesses here and there, so you may want to take the chance by entering a word like “BLIMP” that will cover three additional uncommon letters if you think you can spare the extra guess. By comparison, “TORCH” should be on the easier side as the first three letters are very common. The “C” and “H” shouldn’t be too hard if you can get the ending of “WRACK” as the “C” is in the same fourth position.
