The Quordle 127 answer has been uncovered for May 31, 2022. Similar to the last three puzzles, today’s Quordle hovers somewhere between medium and hard difficulty. Each of the four words have at least one uncommon letter, and only one appears more than once between all of them. With so many unique letters, you’ll likely need to spend one or two guesses hoping that you’re lucky enough to uncover them. The most challenging word this time around is the bottom-left one as it’s not used in common parlance. For a hint, it’s a more scientific term for a particular kind of insect and has another meaning that’s used in British slang. Need more assistance? What is the Quordle answer 127? (May 31, 2022)
The Quordle answer 127 is:
- “PLUCK”
- “GRAVE”
- “MIDGE”
- “JUICY”
Because of the rarity of the word “MIDGE,” beyond the uncommon “M” and “G” consonants, you might get caught up in the “?IDGE” construction as it has numerous solutions. It would also seem that the Quordle developers like using the “GRA?E” configuration too, as that has appeared in many puzzles thus far. The “V” and “G” consonants in “GRAVE” make it quite tricky, along with “PLUCK” and “JUICY” which has plenty of difficult letters of their own. For “JUICY,” though, getting all three vowels should narrow down the possibilities considerably.
It’s important that you get as many letters highlighted in green or yellow by around the middle of the puzzle, or you’ll run out of guesses to complete it. To do so, it’s recommended that you spend the first three tries using words that altogether cover most of the common consonants and all of the vowels. This investment into the process of elimination will help narrow down the letters on the keyboard to aid you by the end of the puzzle.
After you finish Quordle 127, you may still want to clear more puzzles, in which case you can head to the practice zone found on the official website, or you can even try Wordle or even Octordle for a crazier challenge. You can also access additional daily puzzles if you’re willing to trick the website by moving the day on your chosen device forward or backward. Doing so might break the cookies that contain your achievement records, though, so it’s advised that you use another profile or browser before trying this.
