The Mandalorian Season 3 Spoilers

The Mandalorian Season 3: What we know so far

The Mandalorian Season 3 will be the beginning of a new journey for Din Djarin, and there are plenty of loose ends for him to tie up. We also have to wonder if the series will explain what happens to Baby Yoda (Grogu) after he leaves the Mando’s custody. We’ll cover any spoilers or leaks for The Mandalorian Season 3 below and try to work out where the show is taking us next.

Are there any spoilers or leaks for The Mandalorian Season 3?

The Mandalorian Season 3 Leaks

So far, there haven’t been any credible leaks concerning The Mandalorian Season 3. We know the following cast members will be returning:

  • Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon
  • Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin
  • Carl Weathers as Greef Karga

Other than that, nothing has been revealed. We can make the assumption that the third season will consist of eight episodes, since that was the format of the first two. However, even that is up in the air.

What happened to Baby Yoda after season 2?

What happened to Grogu Baby Yoda after Season 2 The Mandalorian

There hasn’t been an official explanation of what happens to Grogu after Luke Skywalker finds him aboard Gideon’s cruiser. We know that Luke is running a Jedi academy by 28 years after the Battle of Yavin (ABY) and that the second season of The Mandalorian takes place in 9 ABY. So, there’s a 19-year gap where we don’t know what Luke was doing. Grogu could have been part of the Jedi school that Kylo Ren destroys when he turns to the dark side. Alternatively, Grogu could have completed his training before then and set out on his own.

We’d bet that Grogu will get his own Star Wars spin-off at some point in the future. He may appear in The Mandalorian Season 3, but Disney seems to want to spread their eggs over a bunch of baskets. Nothing has been announced yet, but expect to hear about a Grogu series in the near future.
