Deathloop Missables: Can you miss items, Trophies, and Achievements?

Deathloop is a sprawling and complex game filled with different possibilities. While this is exciting for many players, to 100% completionists, it can sound like a potential nightmare scenario. So, are there Deathloop missables on PS5 and PC? Find out whether or not it’s possible to miss items, collectibles, and Trophies/Achievements in Arkane Lyon’s latest.

Are there missables in Deathloop?

Deathloop missables

No, Deathloop doesn’t lock players out of finding items or unlocking Trophies and Achievements. Due to the looping gameplay and narrative structure of Deathloop, players get an unlimited number of attempts to uncover items and earn rewards.

It’s worth noting that events within a loop can make items and unlockables missable within that level and/or overall loop. For example, alerting an enemy will lock players out of the “Silent Disco” Trophy/Achievement for the current level (though it can be attempted later in the same loop). Killing a non-necessary enemy within any level of a loop, however, will lock players out of the “Clean-ish Hands” Trophy/Achievement for that entire run.

While that might sound worrying, starting a new loop isn’t a big deal — in fact, it’s basically the whole point of the game. Anyone concerned with uncovering every text and audio file also won’t be able to do so in a single loop. Absorbing all the available lore will take dozens of loops, visiting different locations at different times of the day. Although collectibles aren’t entirely missable in Deathloop, players can (and will) lock themselves out on the current loop only.

In other news, despite starring both Peter Parker and Miles Morales, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is a solo experience. Insomniac Games is also hard at work on Marvel’s Wolverine right now — these are the comics it could be based on.
