Loads of Monster Hunter Rise details were revealed during Capcom’s E3 2021 showcase. Notably, the event detailed what’s on the Monster Hunter Rise DLC roadmap, including the forthcoming title update version 3.1. We’re happy to report that several new quests, rewards, and keen cosmetics are on offer. Check out everything we know about what’s in store for the Monster Hunter Rise 2021 roadmap.
Monster Hunter Rise 3.1 Update | 2021 Roadmap
Monster Hunter Rise update 3.1 will add several new quests. As briefly outlined on the 2021 roadmap, update 3.1 offers the Almudron: Fashion Victim, Fooled in the Flooded Forest, Heart of a Hero, and Rampage: Muddi Gras quests. The roadmap also mentions all-new event quest rewards.
Unfortunately, the roadmap image provided doesn’t give too much detail about the new quests and rewards. However, it does look forward through June and July 2021, and even gives an August timetable for version 3.3.
Of course, one of the bigger parts of the Capcom E3 2021 showcase was the upcoming launch of Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. As series followers may expect, Capcom is offering cross-promotional items between the two games. By using their save data from Stories 2, Rise players will be able to unlock the new Rider hunter layered armor set starting on July 9.
Beyond that, it seems Capcom is playing its cards close to its chest. We know that the second Capcom Collab as well as update version 3.2 are due by the end of July. The third Capcom Collab will arrive around a month later, likely coinciding with the release of update 3.3
Still, there’s plenty to get excited about in the Monster Hunter Rise 2021 roadmap. June has loads of rewards on offer in update version 3.1, including special tie-ins for those who pick up Wings of Ruin. From there, new promotional items and even more quests will be added in updates planned for July and August of 2021.
